Self-exclusion options
93j provides a formal self-exclusion mechanism for players who choose to pause or cease activity on the site. You may select a self-exclusion period from 24 hours up to permanent via the Self-Exclusion page in your account profile. The chosen period becomes active immediately upon confirmation and cannot be shortened while it is in effect.
What happens during self-exclusion
During the exclusion period you will not be able to access your 93j account to place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw funds. Any bets placed prior to the start of the exclusion remain valid and will be settled in accordance with the official results. After the period ends, access is restored automatically unless you request renewal or extend the exclusion.
Permanent exclusion and account restrictions
A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. You are prohibited from re-entering the site or creating a new 93j account while the exclusion is in effect. If an account is opened by a person who is self-excluded, the account will be closed and funds will remain inaccessible.
Extending or renewing self-exclusion
To extend an active exclusion, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge the request and apply the revised exclusion period. In many cases a 24-hour cooling-off period will precede the change, during which no further activity is permitted. You will receive confirmation by email. If you do not respond to the confirmation within 48 hours, the extension request may be declined and the existing exclusion will remain in force.
Reactivation after the exclusion
Upon expiry of the self-exclusion period, you may log in to your 93j account as normal. If you previously requested an extension, you must comply with the updated terms. 93j will not be liable for losses incurred during the exclusion period.

Self-exclusion is implemented in accordance with 93j’s applicable licensing obligations, anti-money laundering controls, and data protection policies. 93j will take reasonable steps to ensure that no promotional material is sent to customers who have self-excluded, and may implement additional verification measures to prevent circumvention of the exclusion.
